About 10 people were pepper sprayed inside a Safeway in Abbotsford on Friday night.
Police say a man entered the store carrying some things, including a can of bear spray.

When an employee told the man he could not come inside with the can, he fired it off and about 10 people, including employees, were affected.
Abby police said the man took off on foot, as ambulance, police and firefighters all arrived on the scene.
Two people were taken to hospital for observation.
The Safeway has been closed for the remainder of the night for decontamination.
