Summary: This riding is the tiny orange dot in a sea of Conservative blue in Alberta. Two-term NDP MP Linda Duncan is looking to win re-election.

Boundaries: Located in central Edmonton, south of the North Saskatchewan River, this riding sees only minor boundary changes for 2015.

Last Election: NDP Linda Duncan won for the second time, defeating Conservative Ryan Hastman by 6,331 votes.

History: Conservative Rahim Jaffer held this riding from 1997 to 2006, first for the Reform Party in 1997, for the Canadian Alliance in 2000 and the Conservatives in 2004 and 2006. Duncan defeated Jaffer in an upset victory in 2008, by a margin of just 463 votes.
