WINNIPEG – About 2,900 Manitoba Hydro customers had no power for about an hour this morning in Winnipeg.
Power was out from about 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. in an area from Salter Street to Scotia Street and from McAdam Avenue to Burrows Avenue, a Winnipeg Hydro spokesman said Thursday morning.

Traffic lights in the area were out along Main Street for about an hour.
