Fiery crash injures two near Warren, Manitoba

WINNIPEG — Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a fiery crash late Friday afternoon near Warren, Manitoba.

It appears a half tonne truck was towing a boat which flipped near the intersection of Highway 6 and Provincial Road 227.

Reports indicate three people, all men, were inside the truck that crashed around 5:15 p.m.

It’s believed one person was thrown at least 50 feet from the half tonne truck and was found unconscious.   The driver was apparently pulled from the burning vehicle by witnesses.  A third person walked away with minor injuries from the crash.

STARS Air ambulance was called to the scene.
