WINNIPEG — After being closed for around two months, the Riverwalk at the Forks has reopened.
The path along the river was washed out in the middle of May after rain pushed the water level up.

Parks Canada said nearly 95 cubic metres, or around 15 dump truck loads, of sediment and debris was removed along the Riverwalk.
To help shore up the path, 220 cubic metres of gravel had to be brought in.
