A family friend set up a GoFundMe account and online donations have now reached the $3,000 mark.   The money raised will hopefully allow the family to hire Gene and Sandy Ralston.  The Ralstons are a well-known couple from Idaho who use side scan sonar to recover drowning victims.

The  team is currently in Osoyoos Lake looking for the body of a man who, two weeks ago,  fell into the water when the sea-doo he was riding flipped over.  A female passenger managed to flag down a passing sailboat but the man never re-surfaced.
