A family of four has escaped from an early-morning house fire in Surrey.
It happened at a house on 192nd Street.
Neighbours heard loud popping coming from the home at around 1:30 a.m. Friday morning.
They quickly called 9-1-1 and rushed to the home, banging on the door to wake up the people inside.
Everyone managed to get out safely.
Fire crews say it appears flames started in the garage before spreading to the rooms above.
Those two rooms are gutted, but firefighters saved the rest of the home.
Investigator say at this point, the fire is not believed to be suspicious.
