“Music is a great way of lifting people’s spirits, and helping them bond together in a time of crisis. That’s why we see a ton of artists who always want to go out and use music to help lift people’s spirits, and use their creativity to help get their mind off of other things at hand,” said Lorena Kelly, communications and operations manager for SaskMusic.

The initiative has already seen around 15 artists sign up to perform in both Regina and Saskatoon.

The organization is asking artists to sign-up through their website to put on a live performance for those at the centers.
