MONTREAL — A bail hearing for a Dollard-des-Ormeaux man and three others has been continued, after they were arrested in a sting targeting a West Island cocaine ring.
Crown prosecutors say Darrell Van Elk faces conspiracy charges related to firearms and cocaine. He is the owner of Bar Marlowe, a popular spot in Pointe-Claire. Also appearing with him were co-defendants Michael Ferrarelli, Bryan Cullen and Sergio Bulgarelli
Police made a dozen arrests in Laval, Montreal and the West Island on June 16. The four defendants including Van Elk are scheduled to appear in court for their continued bail hearing Thursday.
