WINNIPEG — Multiple tornadoes touched down near the Manitou area late Wednesday afternoon.
An eyewitness reported a tornado touching down only 3 kilometres east of Manitou just before 4 p.m. according to Environment Canada. Multiple other eye witness accounts have been reported.

Many people nearby are taking to social media to show the tornadoes that touched down.
The storm is moving east and is capable of producing high winds, large hail and intense rainfall.
