CALGARY – Two men have been declared dead by the Nordegg Emergency Medical Services after falling approximately 15 metres from Crescent Falls Viewpoint in Clearwater County, west central Alberta.
At around 1:50 p.m., EMS responded to reports of a 34-year-old man and a 20-year-old man falling from the look-out point at Crescent Falls Viewpoint.

Once emergency personnel descended to the patients, they were determined dead due to the fall, and STARS air ambulance was called off.
RCMP are investigating the cause of the incident, including the possibility that alcohol contributed to the fall.
The men were from the Rocky Mountain House area; police say they will not release their names.
