WEST KELOWNA – She was last seen Tuesday in the Okanagan woods.

Now RCMP are seeking public assistance in finding the Winnipeg woman.

Police say Kara Stoyanowski walked away from a recreational area near the forestry road to Headwaters Lake west of Peachland and didn’t return.

A search of the area was unsuccessful.

Stoyanowski is described as:
· Caucasian female
· 24 years old
· 5’8 (172 cm)
· 120 lbs (54 kg)
· Short pink hair
· Wearing shirt, shorts and flip flops
