The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Makhtoum shot the video showing his friend’s son, Mohammed bin Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi, approaching the Queen at the Epsom Derby, one of the world’s most prestigious horse races.
He takes off his hat, holds out his hand – and the Queen reaches down to shake it.
Al Makhtoum shared the video on popular social media site, Instagram.
