Telus to spend $700-million to upgrade Alberta networks(2)

Telus Corp. said Tuesday it plans to spend $700-million on infrastructure upgrades to its wireless and wireline networks in Alberta, even as the second-largest phone carrier in Canada faces growing pressure on wireless revenues.
