Kelowna party bus busted by RCMP

A Kelowna man faces numerous motor vehicle violation tickets after RCMP open liquor on his party bus.

Jamal Jacob owns the Embassy World Entertainment Bus, but his driver doesn’t have a chauffeur’s permit. Jacob DJ’s while people party on the bus.

Kelowna mother Trudi Schneider came forward after her 15-year-old was left at the curb after getting drunk on the bus this weekend.

“He was scared. Really scared and cold,” says Schneider, who now regrets letting her teen attend the party bus event.

Jacob claims he left the teen, who had become sick from drinking too much, at a downtown gas station only after he texted his mother to pick him up.

Kelowna RCMP seized copious amounts of alcohol after pulling Jacob and his bus over this weekend.

While Jacob says he doesn’t sell or serve alcohol on the bus, he admits he didn’t stop people from drinking alcohol they brought on board.

Jacob says he plans to do what it takes to make his party bus service completely legal.
