WINNIPEG – Gas prices have gone up to 112.9 cents per litre at some stations in Winnipeg, winnipeggasprices.com shows Wednesday morning.
While the rate at a wide variety of stations was 98.9 cents, according to the website that monitors prices reported by drivers, many Shell stations were posting the higher price.
