MONTREAL – Police are investigating a suspicious death in Cote-des-Neiges after the body of a woman was discovered in an apartment on Goyer Street, near Darlington.
Montreal police received a 9-1-1 call at around 11:15 a.m.Saturday notifying them that a deceased woman was in the apartment.
Police and Urgences-Sante technicians rushed to the scene where they discovered the lifeless body of a 36-year-old woman.

A perimeter was set up and the Major Crimes Unit are on the scene trying to reconstruct what police describe as “nebulous circumstances” surrounding the woman’s death.
An autopsy on the victim will be performed in the coming days to determine cause of death.
