TORONTO – Toronto Mayor Rob Ford and his brother stepped on the scales this morning for their first weigh-in since starting a weight loss campaign.
In the first seven days, Rob Ford has dropped 10 pounds and now weighs in at 320 pounds.

His brother, Coun. Doug Ford, is down nine pounds to 266.
The mayor says he has been running a lot, lifting weights and eating “like a rabbit.”
Doug Ford described it as the toughest thing he and his brother have ever done.
The goal for both men is to drop 50 pounds each by June.
