EDMONTON — Crews in Fort Saskatchewan were fighting a fire at Emax Plastics late Monday morning.
The business is located at 11139-88 Avenue in Fort Saskatchewan.
Thick smoke could be seen coming from the area around 11:30 a.m.
Three people were employed at the plastics business. Two were inside when the fire happened, but no one was injured.

By around 12:30 p.m. the fire was under control.
The cause is not yet known. An investigation is now underway.
