NEWARK, N.J. — Authorities believe a teen who was shot and killed following a Mother’s Day motorcycle blessing in Newark was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Officials on Friday announced the arrests of two adults and two juveniles on charges stemming from the death of 15-year-old Al-Shakeen Woodson.

Authorities have charged 19-year-old Jaqeuce Spinks and a 16-year-old from Newark with murder and weapons offenses.
Authorities also charged 18-year-old Marquise Cephus and a 17-year-old on weapons charges.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office says the preliminary investigation indicates the shooting stemmed from a long-running feud between Cephus and the 17-year-old and Spinks and the 16-year-old.
Woodson was an innocent bystander.
The adults are held in the Essex County jail, and the juveniles have been taken to a youth detention center.
