WATCH: Gosling leaps from Calgary building onto crash pad below

WATCH ABOVE: A family of goslings is safe tonight, thanks to the quick thinking of employees at the U of C outdoor centre. Gil Tucker reports.

CALGARY – An adorable video posted to the University of Calgary Outdoor Centre’s Facebook page is growing in popularity.

The 29 second video shows a fluffy gosling leaping from the roof of the northwest building onto a mat set up below.

“We set up crash pads so that the goslings on our roof would have a safe landing,” said the Facebook post.

After his leap of faith, the video shows the adventurous bird scurrying towards two geese standing nearby.

In the first 24 hours since the video was posted it had already been viewed over 25,000 times.
