COLDBROOK, N.S. – A hotel in the Annapolis Valley has been destroyed by a fire that started on Wednesday.
Police spokeswoman Sgt. Brigdit Leger says the Pine View Inn in Coldbrook, N.S., caught fire around 9:30 p.m.
Leger said the building has been extensively damaged by the blaze.
The inn was part of the Wandlyn chain until 2010, when it changed ownership.
Volunteer fire departments from around the valley responded to the fire.

The Halifax Chronicle Herald has reported that two firefighters were injured battling the blaze.
