KELOWNA – A bus stop bully has been convicted of assaulting a woman over an incident with his dog.
The 56-year-old victim was waiting at a Rutland Road bus stop in April 2014 when a man with a large dog approached her.

The dog jumped on the frightened woman and its owner accused her of kicking it.
He then spit in her face and pushed her down.
Trevor Tyson Weir, 35, was arrested after police released a security camera photograph of the suspect.
Weir has been found guilty of common assault and will be sentenced in June after the completion of a Pre-Sentence Report.
