More incredible footage from Nepal has surfaced of the moment the earthquake hit on Saturday, devastating the country.
Security footage filming a busy roundabout in southern Kathmandu shows several vehicles and pedestrians going about their daily routine when suddenly, the initial tremors bring some to a stop.
When the tremors worsen, pedestrians can be seen fleeing in confusion and terror. A couple can be seen clutching onto each other.
The monument in the middle of the roundabout collapses under the quake while some grab onto a fence for dear life.
It is not clear whether anyone in the footage sustained any injuries.
The death toll from the 7.9-8.1 magnitude quake has reached 5,800 and is expected to rise.
