The countdown is on to Mud Hero 2015! July 4th marks the third time the obstacle course style race will take place at Ski Martock. At 7:45 personal trainer Ben Costigan of Core Essentials stops by to unveil a new training program for wannabe Mud Heroes that starts this weekend.

For the last half of the show, we’ll have some very special stories to tell you from the new greenhouse at Hope Blooms!

At 7:50, we’ll chat with children and members of the community whose lives have been changed by Hope Blooms since it was founded in 2008. We’ll get their perspective on the new greenhouse.
