EDMONTON — The RCMP believes alcohol was a factor in a fatal collision involving two all-terrain vehicles in central Alberta.
Police were called to a report of a crash southeast of Rocky Mountain House early Saturday morning. A 24-year-old man and a 42-year-old man were reportedly driving two ATVs, each also carrying a passenger, when they collided.

The 42-year-old driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he later died. His identity has not yet been released.
Rocky Mountain House RCMP along with the RCMP Collision Analyst continue to investigate.
