TORONTO – Pat Roberts, the 78-year-old, fourth-term, Republican senator from Kansas has something in common with pre-teens everywhere: he is apparently a big fan of Frozen.

And, as everyone watching a Senate committee Thursday found out, he’s a big enough fan to have ‘Let it Go’ as his ringtone.

The sixth-oldest senator in office was questioning Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack Thursday when his phone began playing ‘Let it Go,’ the Idina Menzel anthem from the blockbuster movie.

According to the Washington Post, Vilsack was explaining how his department dealt with European nations about the need for biotechnology that could reduce pesticide reliance.

Then, Roberts’ phone rang, looked at his phone before saying “aw, come on” and turning it off.

“Just let it go, mister,” he then said in the microphone to a room full of laughter. “Sorry about that.”
