Burnham was fired in October by the DPA board from her job as manager of the city’s Community Market.

She sued for $25,000, claiming she has suffered “stress, anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment and financial distress” because of her termination.

Now both parties have come reached a resolution, but as part of the deal, they aren’t releasing the terms of the agreement.
