The largest student-run fashion show in B.C. took place at River Rock Theatre today.
Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s annual fashion show gives graduating students the opportunity to show what they’ve learned while studying at the Shannon and Chip Wilson School of Design.

“We’ve been working for this for four years. It’s kind of funny how quickly everything is just done,” says Olivia Hayward.
“People kind of perceive Vancouver as not being on the map for fashion, but it’s totally not that way, I feel. We have so many cool things going on in the city.”
Some of the unique looks showcased included evening wear from repurposed clothing, maternity wear inspired by the ocean and natural fabrics dyed by hand.
