Lemon and Caper Brussels Sprouts – from The Flying Pig Restaurant
Ingredients:
1 pound of Brussels Sprouts (cut in half lengthwise)

1 whole lemon, to be juiced or tsp lemon vinegar
.25 cup of capers
.25 cup of grated parmesan cheese
To Taste, salt, pepper and chili flakes
Preparation:
Deep fry the Brussels sprouts until golden brown. In a mixing bowl toss the sprouts with lemon juice, capers, parmesan cheese. Also add salt pepper and chili flakes to taste.
