Alberta Clipper pipeline flies under the radar

Enbridge's $2.4-billion Alberta Clipper pipeline project,
which is nearing completion in Saskatchewan, seems to be an
invisible megaproject, according to a spokesperson for the
Calgary-based pipeline company.
