Heartbreaking images of family and friends of Germanwings 9525 victims

WATCH: Mourners gathered around the German high school of several of the Germanwings Flight 9525 victims, lighting candles and laying flowers.

Relatives and friends of the passengers of Flight 9525 mourned and comforted each other Tuesday as news of the crash of the Germanwings flight spread.

Family located in both the Barcelona International Airport where the flight originated and in Dusseldorf International Airport, in Dusseldorf, Germany, where the plane was to arrive this morning were greeted with tragic news by airport officials and were taken to secure areas for counselling.
