A high-speed police chase east of San Francisco on Tuesday ended when a sports utility vehicle flipped and skidded on its roof.
The vehicle had been driving on the rim of one wheel.

According to reports, police were pursuing the driver after he failed to yield for a traffic enforcement stop.
