TORONTO – A man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon during a shooting in Etobicoke.
The shooting happened near 2063 Islington Avenue, a few blocks north of Dixon Road and across the street from Don Bosco Catholic Secondary School shortly after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The victim was rushed to hospital and paramedics say the victim, a male in his 20s, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and is in life-threatening condition.
Police have not released any information about possible suspects.
Traffic in the area could be slow as police investigate.
