TORONTO- A plane departing from Pearson Airport, heading to Hong Kong, was forced to turn back for an emergency landing.

According to Peel Regional Police, backed up toilets were the cause for re-routing the plane.

They say they were forced to take extra precaution because the plane was full of fuel.

The aircraft landed safely just after 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
