MONTREAL — Police confirmed the arrest of who they hope to be the last suspect in a series of thefts committed in the Villeray area last year.
Arrested on Jan. 21, Mario Régnier was in court the next day to face charges of burglary, receiving stolen goods and possession of the tools necessary to commit theft.
