Amazing time lapse video has emerged of a thick fog rolling over the San Francisco Bay Tuesday morning.
The westward fog was so dense it almost appeared as if the Bay Bridge that connects San Francisco and Oakland, California was floating mid-air.

The fog reportedly hung around the bridge for over two hours during the morning rush hour commute.
Recently, a report found that rush hour traffic lasts for seven hours on this particular bridge – the worst commute in the San Francisco Bay area.
Although the fog created a beautiful sight, it is unlikely it made the situation easier for many commuters.
