REGINA – Regina police say they are investigating after a Taser was used to take a 45-year-old man into custody on the weekend.
They say the man was arrested early Saturday morning in a domestic assault of a 41-year-old woman.

Police say the man refused to drop an edged weapon and he allegedly fought with police at the scene.
They say the man is in hospital so charges have not been laid.
Police say it is protocol to do a review when a conducted energy device is used.
