KELOWNA, B.C. – City of Kelowna snow removal and ice control crews are now out clearing Priority 3 roads which includes residential streets. The City reminds residents, especially those who live in cul-de-sacs, to move their vehicles off the roads to make it easier for snow plows to clear snow.
Residents and business owners are reminded that they are responsible for clearing their driveway and sidewalks adjacent to their property.
The Fire Department is also asking residents to clear snow away from fire hydrants in front of their property to ensure easy access in the case of emergency.
