PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – The Prince Albert, Sask. SPCA posted photos on social media Saturday of two dogs found frozen. According to the social media post, a woman was driving and saw a black garbage bag with two feet sticking out of it.

She found two young-looking canines inside and brought the deceased animals to the SPCA where they were further examined.

The post says the organization has searched its lost dog reports back to March 2014 and has not found any matches.
