CALGARY- Mayor Naheed Nenshi is apologizing for a comment he tweeted on the weekend after getting criticism from mental health advocates.
The Mayor was having a conversation on twitter with Werner Patels about the Occupy Calgary protest.

Patels suggested the mayor would not be reelected because he is “an extreme lefty”.
The mayor replied: “I know I should not bother you when you’re off your meds.”
Nenshi told reporters Monday he is sorry his comment offended people.
