WINNIPEG — 3, 400 Manitoba Hydro customers lost power last night around 5:30 p.m. at Plessis Road and Pandora Avenue.

An equipment failure in a substation caused four feeders to lose power, Hydro said.
Crews switched the area over to an alternate power source and the 3, 400 customers had their power back by 6:30 p.m..
