Amaria Diljohn, 14, was killed Dec. 19 when she was crossing Finch Avenue East near Neilson Road.
The TTC bus, driven by a 27-year-old man, did not remain at the scene.
Police are investigating and the driver is not currently facing any charges.
As a result of the incident, the TTC is looking at installing dashboard cameras on streetcars and buses as part of a review examining driver training.
A trust account for Diljohn has currently collected around $2,000.
