A 30-year-old woman from Kamloops died in a car accident early this morning.
It happened around 1 a.m. in the 3600 block of Shuswap road. The woman, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene when police arrived.
An investigation is underway by the RCMP Southeast District Traffic Service and BC Coroners Service. Kamloops RCMP Sgt. Michael Buxton-Carr says they’re working to determine if weather conditions or alcohol played a role in the crash.
