Saskatoon Northwest  Luke BonsanGreen Party – Luke Bonsan is a student and has resided in Saskatoon for over 10 years.

Nicole WhiteNew Democratic Party (NDP)- Nicole White is currently the Executive Coordinator at AIDS Saskatoon. She has previously worked as a reporter in rural Saskatchewan and with a variety of non-profit organizations, including Program Manager for the Saskatchewan Intercultural Association. She studied broadcasting at the Western Academy Broadcasting College and english and history at the University of Saskatchewan. She has served as the Chair of the Saskatoon Police Advisory Committee on Diversity, Co-chair of the Provincial Youth Advisory Committee, and Chair of the College of Education’s Breaking the Silence Conference. Her contributions have been recognized with many honours, including the YWCA Women of Distinction “Young Woman to Watch” Award, the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal, the U of S Doug Wilson Award, the Avenue Community Centre’s Community Service Award. 

When she isn’t working, Nicole likes crocheting, watching documentaries, and spending time with her spouse. 

Eric SteinerSaskatchewan Liberal Party – Eric Steiner was born and raised in Saskatoon. He is currently a television producer and operates his own business specializing in web/graphic design and media production. After graduating from Evan Hardy Collegiate, he attended SIAST to obtain a diploma in Media Arts Production. With a long time interest in politics, he has volunteered for numerous campaigns, from civic to federal. He previously ran in the Saskatoon Northwest by-election in 2010. Gordon WyantSaskatchewan Party- (Incumbent) Gordon Wyant was elected as the MLA for Saskatoon Northwest in an 2010 by-election. 

Born and raised in Saskatoon, he was the first Canadian-born member of his family. His parents, originally from Europe, came to Saskatoon in the 1950s. He graduated from Evan Hardy Collegiate and completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Distinction in 1985. He also graduated from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 1986. Shortly after convocation, he began practicing law with a firm where he is currently practicing as a partner. In 1987, Wyant received an award for highest standing in the 1987 Bar Admission Course. He received his Queen’s Counsel designation in 2009.

Wyant has also served the community in numerous roles and organizations including the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the United Way of Saskatoon and founding director of the Children’s Health Foundation of Saskatchewan. He was elected City Councillor for Ward 5 in 2003 and re-elected in 2006 and 2009.  

Gordon and his wife Christine Hrudka have four children. He enjoys writing, skiing and motorcycling and spending time with his family.
