WINNIPEG – Residents on McCalman Avenue in Elmwood were woken up to the sounds of sirens after a crash at 1:45 a.m.
A van lost control and hit a tree early in the morning. Witnesses say 14 police officers responded shortly afterwards.
There were two suspects on scene who were taken into custody. It is not yet clear if the vehicle was stolen.
