A man in Saskatchewan who posted fraudulent ads on the Kijiji website has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison.
Trevor Payne was charged last month with fraud and theft for advertising an acreage he didn’t own for sublet or rent.

Court heard the 27-year-old man was in the process of being evicted by his landlord at the time.
A judge in Saskatoon has also ordered Payne to pay restitution and ordered a 10-year ban on possession of firearms.
