TORONTO – The three people murdered in a Thorncliffe Park apartment on the weekend have been identified as a mother and her two children.
Police have identified the three victims as Zahra Mohamoud Abdille, 43, Faris Abdille, 13, and Zain Abdille, 8.
They were found in an apartment on Thorncliffe Park Drive near Don Mills Road and Overlea Boulevard at approximately 5 p.m. Saturday.
The murders are related to a body which was found on the Don Valley Parkway the same day. Police have not said how the two investigations are connected but are continuing to investigate.
