WATCH: Everything is bigger in Texas.
Brad Stephens is looking for a buyer to take over his pool house and pool in Livingston, Texas. His kids are all grown up and he no longer has a need for the 2,500-square-foot property with its accompanying 4,000-square-foot pool.
The asking price? Three million dollars.
The pièce de résistance is the custom-designed pool, which boasts 2 islands, a lazy river, and a waterfall. It cost Stephens $700,000 to build it and around $300 a month to operate.
Luckily, Stephens is in the pool business, with more than 3,500 pools under his belt.
As a bonus, the pool is on a lakefront property, so if you ever get tired of the 180,000 gallons of water, there’s a whole lake just steps away.
