TORONTO – Ontario Provincial Police have reopened the southbound lanes of Hwy. 400 from Hwy 88. to Hwy 9 near Bradford following multiple vehicle collisions Thursday morning.
The northbound lanes in the same area were also closed for a period of time but have since been reopened.
Poor visibility and road conditions were blamed for the closure.
